Creator Partnership Lead
100% remote, anywhere in the world · Part-time, three days a week.
You run the creator programme end to end. Not a coordinator who forwards briefs — the person who decides who we work with and makes their content better.
- Find them. Source and vet creators on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Know why 20K followers with real engagement beats 200K without it.
- Sign them. Negotiate, set the posting cadence, and keep a three-month run on track without chasing anyone.
- Brief them. Turn the product into something a creator can actually make, with nothing lost in translation.
- Coach them. Give specific feedback on hooks, pacing and format. “This hook loses people in the first second, here is why.”
- Track it. Know what went out, when, and how it performed — before anyone has to ask.
- Debrief it. When a post over- or under-performs, know why, and turn that into a note the creator can use next time.
- Stay ahead. Know what the platforms are rewarding this week, not last quarter.
You bring a roster you have actually built, evidence that content you briefed performed, and the judgement to tell a creator something they do not want to hear.
Where and when
This role is 100% remote. There is no office and nobody is expected at a desk. Applicants may be based anywhere in the world.
Part-time, three days a week.
