San Marino is a different country, and your plan may not cover it
San Marino is a sovereign state entirely surrounded by Italy, inland from Rimini. It is not in the EU or the EEA. The EU's roam-like-at-home rules cover the EU plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Moldova and Ukraine. San Marino is not on that list, so an Italy or Europe plan may not include it. Check the country list before the day trip. Vatican City is the other state enclaved by Italy, and only three such states exist anywhere. Its phone numbers are ordinary Rome numbers, in the form 06 698xxxxx; the +379 code assigned to it is not in use.
Will it work on your phone?
iPhone XS or newer, and most Android handsets from the last few years. If your phone is locked to a carrier it has to be unlocked first, and that is true of any eSIM, including ours.

Where do I buy an eSIM for Italy?
In the app, on iPhone or Android. There is no web checkout and no desktop account. The app is the whole product.
Do I keep my own number?
Yes. Boring eSIM runs alongside the SIM already in your phone, so calls, texts, WhatsApp and iMessage stay on your usual number. The eSIM only carries data.
What does unlimited actually mean?
Unlimited data for every day on your plan. There is no gigabyte allowance to run down and no add-on to buy when it runs out, because it does not run out. When the days end, the plan ends.
How is it priced?
Pick a destination and the exact number of days, from 1 to 30, and the app shows one price for that trip in your currency: USD, EUR, GBP, TRY, JPY, AUD, CAD or AED. That price is what you pay. Nothing else is added.
What happens when my days run out?
Nothing happens on its own. There is no contract and no auto-renew. Add more days in the app, or leave it and carry on with your normal SIM.
Can I use one plan in more than one country?
Each plan covers its own destination. If you are crossing several countries, buy a plan for each, or add more days to the one you are using. Everything is done in the app.
